Rackmount two units
AudioFuse X8 comes with rack ears and foot plates for easy side-by-side installation either as a desktop unit or mounted in a standard rack setup.
Setup: Remove all the orange feet and their screws at the center of each foot. Use the included metal plates to assemble the two units side-by-side as shown in the diagram below:

Pour mettre le firmware à jour :
- Branchez le KeyLab Essential à votre ordinateur.
- Téléchargez et installez le MIDI Control Center.
- Ouvrez le MIDI Control Center et laissez-vous guider. Il vous informera si votre KeyLab Essential doit être mis à jour.
(Si votre ordinateur dédié à la production musicale n’est jamais connecté à Internet, vous pouvez télécharger le dernier firmware ici.)

- Open MIDI Control Center and it will guide you, if your KeyLab Essential needs an update.

What's going on?

I'm having trouble downloading files → I can't open the MIDI Control Center → I can't locate the installation folder →Make sure to try another Web Browser such as Firefox, Google Chrome, Edge and to follow the steps once again on the Start page.
If needed, please try to download it from the Resources page.

Make sure to try to uninstall the MIDI Control Center, to download it again and to reinstall it in case anything went wrong during the install process.
If it still doesn't work, please make sure that you've given the appropriate rights and permissions to the software for it to open and run properly:
- On MacOS, ensuring that the application is allowed in "System Preferences -> Security & Privacy" may help.
- On Windows, make sure to try to open it with a right-click and by choosing "Run as an administrator".

Lade und installiere den neuesten MIDI-Driver. Er ist notwendig, damit dein Controller mit deinem Computer zusammenarbeitet.

So aktualisierst du deine Firmware:
- Verbinde das KeyLab Essential mit deinem Computer.
- Lade und installiere das MIDI Control Center.
- Öffne das MIDI Control Center. Dieses zeigt an, ob dein KeyLab Essential ein Update benötigt.

Nachdem das Installationsprogramm heruntergeladen wurde, doppelklicke darauf, um den Installationsvorgang zu starten und befolge die Anweisungen auf dem Bildschirm.

Versuch unbedingt, das MIDI Control Center zu deinstallieren, es erneut herunterzuladen und nochmal zu installieren, falls während des Installationsvorgangs etwas schief gelaufen ist.
Wenn das immer noch nicht funktioniert, vergewissere dich bitte, dass du der Software die entsprechenden Freigaben und Berechtigungen erteilt hast, damit diese ordnungsgemäß geöffnet und ausgeführt werden kann:
- Unter macOS kann es hilfreich sein zu prüfen, ob die Anwendung in den „Systemeinstellungen -> Sicherheit und Datenschutz“ zugelassen ist.
- Versuche unter Windows, das Programm mit einem Rechtsklick zu öffnen und wähle „Als Administrator ausführen“.
