ARTURIA MATRIXBRUTE PRICE TO RISE ON JULY 1ST, 2018
Grenoble-based hardware and software synth creators Arturia have announced that the retail price of their flagship analog monosynth will rise from July 1st, 2018.
Due to increasing cost of the internal analog components, manufacturing, and shipping, Arturia have made the decision to raise the price of the MatrixBrute, which was announced at NAMM 2016, and has gone on to win multiple media, consumer, and pro audio awards since its release.
" Arturia has always been keen on delivering instruments that offer high value for money. This is what we did with MatrixBrute, I believe, making a real statement that we could bring an outstanding synthesizer at reasonable price. " remarked Frédéric Brun, Arturia's founder and president.
" The decision to raise this price hasn't come easily, and we waited to make the change for as long as we could. Due to increasing component costs, and to aid our distributors and retailers in a context where several Euro/US$/£ have fluctuated since the introduction, we considered that now was the right time. "
From the start of July, the price of the Arturia MatrixBrute will see the following increases:
  • In the Eurozone, the retail price will change from 1999 € to 2299 € .
  • In the USA, the price will change from 2199 US$ to 2499 US$ .
Even with this price rise taken into consideration, it’s still one of the most exciting, experimental, and inspiring premium synthesizers on the market.
Arturia’s global network of distributors and their retailers have been notified, and are ready to reflect the change in cost from this date.

Arturia are thrilled to announce the imminent release of a new synthesizer, one of three new products which will all be available at stores from late february 2018.
MiniBrute 2 is a 25-key analog monosynth with semi-modular architecture, bridging the gap between the traditional synthesizer instruments and the exciting world of modular. MiniBrute 2 shares many of the same iconic features that made its predecessor such a success, including mixable oscillators, the acidic Steiner-Parker filter, and the chaotic Brute Factor. While keeping many of its signature elements, the tone-shaping potential of MiniBrute 2 has been almost exponentially increased.

The reimagined MiniBrute now features semi-modular architecture, adding a comprehensive CV/Gate patch matrix that allows users to both rework its internal signal routing, but also expand into the blossoming world of modular. It also features the same high quality, aftertouch-enabled keybed found in their flagship MatrixBrute synth, making it a joy to play. Truly an instrument designed for musicians by musicians.

Arturia’s latest small-but-mighty monosynth is the successor to their debut analog instrument, the MiniBrute. The first incarnation was released in 2012, and turned the industry on its head, offering a unique, affordable analog synth experience with attitude.

MiniBrute 2 also features exciting new features that greatly expand its potential, both as the focal point of a creative studio, and as a road-ready performance platform. One of these features includes the new Arturia Link, an exciting innovation that will help unify and democratize your creative environment.

Following the announcement of MiniBrute 2, Arturia have also revealed an exciting new sequencer variant: the MiniBrute 2S. This is the second of three new products which will all be available at stores from March 2018.
MiniBrute 2S is a sophisticated analog monosynth sharing the signal creation, sound shaping power, and modular capabilities also found in the newly announced MiniBrute 2. It replaces its keyboard with a set of performance pads as well as an advanced, intuitive and addictive, triple-layer sequencer with space to save up to 64 sequences, and the ability to chain them together to create flowing performances. Its multiple layers not only let you create melodic sequences, but also create extra levels of parameter automation to really make your music come alive.

Perfectly geared toward the modern musician, MiniBrute 2S is a synth that promises to bring every element of your creative environment together, and unleash the true potential of modularity. As the keyboard-based version MiniBrute 2, MiniBrute 2S features semi-modular architecture, giving users the chance to rework its internal signal routing by patching into its comprehensive CV/Gate patch bay. The MiniBrute 2S can also take a commanding role in your modular setup, letting you use external modules to affect its sound, or send signals or sequences from the MiniBrute 2S to your Eurorack modules.

Grenoble-based hardware and software synth specialists Arturia are proud to announce the imminent release of RackBrute, a Eurorack modular storage, power, and transport system.
Following the announcement of the new MiniBrute 2 and MiniBrute 2S synthesizers, RackBrute is the third and final product of the series, and will be available at stores worldwide from March 2018. RackBrute is a dedicated Eurorack case crafted from sturdy steel and aluminium, with many innovative enhancements. Each unit features a dedicated power module to keep your precious gear supplied with +12V / -12V / +5V power, the handle can be calibrated to act as a multi-position stand, letting you use your Eurorack modules in whatever position you find most comfortable.

RackBrute comes in two sizes: a smaller 3U, 88HP version, and a larger 6U, 176HP version. Whatever size your collection, your modules will be housed in the most economic, efficient way possible.

RackBrute completes a versatile, customizable, creative EcoSystem bridging the gap between traditional synthesizers and the world of modular thanks to the new Arturia Link system found on both the MiniBrute 2 and MiniBrute 2S to lock in place. When using RackBrute in combination with MiniBrute or MiniBrute 2S, everything is laid out before you, breaking down all barriers for your experimentation and inspiration.

When you need to pack away for storage, or to transport your whole setup for a gig, RackBrute can pack down into a handy transport mode, with a sturdy carry handle and spacers to prevent any collision between the RackBrute and the other attached hardware.
